Baked Thigh Chicken

  9. 5 lime leaves,
  10. 2 stems of lemongrass,1 seed of the nutmeg,1 tablespoon coriander,1 teaspoon of pepper,
  11.  50 ml sweet soy sauce
  12. the salt according to taste, and sufficient water.
Step to Make Baked Chicken Thigh
  1. Clean the Chicken Thigh
  2. Blend the red Chilli, red cayenne pepper, Turmeric, Ginger, Galangal, Onion, Garlic, Nutmeg, Pepper, and Coriander.

       Step to make Green Chilli Chicken Thigh
  1. Clean chicken thigh, then cut to size according to taste.
  2. Puree Pepper, Turmeric, Ginger, Garlic, and Salt. Mix with chicken thigh that has been cleaned earlier.
