1. About Telur Dadar ( Omelette )

4 chicken eggs, 2 leeks, 3 pieces of red onion, 4 red chilies, 3 cloves of garlic,  ½ teaspoon pepper powder, ½ teaspoon of fine salt, 3 lime leaves, ½ sheets of turmeric leaves, and salt to taste.

Step to make  Telur  Dadar: Clean the leek, cut into thin, put into a bowl. Clean onion, thinly sliced. Clean Garlic, thinly sliced. Clean the lime leaves, thinly sliced.
