  1. 1 piece of  Breadfruit
  2. 200 grams of wheat flour
  3. 100 grams of rice flour
  4. smooth salt to taste
  5. 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  6. Cooking oil to taste, and water enough
3. Step to make  Fried Breadfruit
  1. Clean the Breadfruit skin and then cut lengthwise with the thickness according to taste. Combine flour and rice flour in a pan, add the sugar and salt. Stir well.
  2. Add enough water until it becomes the appropriate dough and stir well. 
  3. Prepare the skillet. then add cooking oil and heat.
  4. If the cooking oil is hot, dip the breadfruit that had been cut on the dough, then put into the hot oil before.

4. How to serve Fried Breadfruit
