How to Make a Delicious and Nutritious Kolak Pisang

Kolak Pisang is a food made from banana as the main ingredient. Other additives are coconut milk and brown sugar. The ingredients used in cooking a Kolak Pisang: 1 bunch of  Banana Kepok, 150 grams brown sugar,  coconut milk from 1 coconut,  Sugar to taste,  Salt to taste,  2 pieces of pandanus leaves.

Step to make a Kolak Pisang: Remove the banana skin, cut to size according to taste. Prepare the aluminum pot, put the banana slices. Add the brown sugar and water until the banana is submerged. Add salt to taste and stir well.    Add the pandanus leaves.  Heat using low heat. Stir until boiling and brown sugar dissolves perfectly.    Reduce the heat on the stove. Add coconut milk and stir well.  If less sweet can be added sugar according to taste.  Wait until it boils.  10  Banana Kolak is ripe and ready to serve.

How to serve Kolak Pisang: Serve the Kolak Pisang in a bowl. Complete with a tablespoon. Very suitable to eat fasting time.
