How to Make Spicy Shrimp And Long Beans Balado  :

Material :

  1. 500 g of fresh shrimp
  2. 10 Long beans
  3. 100 grams of red chili
  4. 20 grams red cayenne pepper
  5. 4 cm Turmeric
  6. 10 pieces of red onions
  7. 2 pieces of Lime or 3 large Tomatoes.
  8. Cooking oil to taste
  9. The salt according to taste

How to make :

  1. Clean Shrimp and remove the head
  2. Clean Long Beans, cut to taste.
  3. Blend turmeric and salt. Mix with shrimp that have been cleaned earlier. Allow for 15 minutes for the seasoning to soak in the shrimp.
  4. Boil red chili, red cayenne pepper, and tomato
