How To Make Chicken  And  Eggplant Curry  :

Material :

  1. 1 kg of fresh chicken
  2. 250 grams Eggplant
  3. 100 grams of red chili
  4. 20 grams red cayenne pepper
  5. 3 cm Turmeric, clean the exterior
  6. 3 cm Ginger, clean the exterior
  7. 4 cm Galangal, clean the exterior.
  8. 10 red onions
  9. 10 Cloves Garlic
  10. 2 pieces of turmeric leaves
  11. 5 lime leaves
  12. 2 stems of Lemongrass.
  13. 1 seed of the nutmeg
  14. 1 tablespoon Coriander
  15. 1 teaspoon of Pepper
  16. 1 coconut, take the coconut milk.
  17. The salt according to taste
  18. Sufficient water
How to make :
  1. Clean the chicken, then cut according to taste.
  2. Clean Eggplant. Cut about 6 cm
  3. Blend the red Chilli, red cayenne pepper, Turmeric, Ginger, Galangal, Onion, Garlic, Nutmeg, Pepper, and Coriander.
  4. Prepare the skillet. Enter the chicken that has been cleaned earlier. Enter also the spice that has been smoothed earlier. Stir well.
  5. Add the washed lime leaves
  6. Add the turmeric leaves that have been washed.
  7. Add the cleansed lemongrass.
  8. Add coconut milk and enough water until the chicken is submerged.
  9. Add salt to taste.
  10. Add Eggplant, stir slowly.
  11. Heat over medium heat. Support slowly so the chicken is not destroyed. Wait until boil for 30 minutes and make sure the chicken and Eggplant is cooked.
