  2. 50 grams red cayenne pepper,
  3. 3 centimeters  turmeric,
  4. 3 centimeters Ginger,
  5. 4 centimeters1 galangal,
  6. 10 pieces of red onion,
  7. 10 cloves of garlic,
  8. 2 pieces of turmeric leaves,
  9. 5 lime leaves,
  10. 2 stems of lemongrass,1 seed of the nutmeg,1 tablespoon coriander,1 teaspoon of pepper,
  11.  50 ml sweet soy sauce
  12. the salt according to taste, and sufficient water.
3. Step to Make Baked Chicken Breast
  1. Clean the chicken breast
  2. Blend the red Chilli, red cayenne pepper, Turmeric, Ginger, Galangal, Onion, Garlic, Nutmeg, Pepper, and Coriander.
  3. Prepare the skillet. Insert chicken that is clean
  4. Enter the homogeneous spice. Stir well.  Add the lime leaf clean,  the turmeric leaves that is clean,  the cleansed lemongrass, and enough water until the chicken is submerged, and salt to taste.
  5. Heat over medium heat. Support slowly so the chicken is not destroyed. Wait until boil for 30 minutes and make sure the chicken is cooked.
  6. Prepare the oven. Add the sweet soy sauce to the chicken, then continue to cook it using the oven, until the sweet soy sauce is dry, or it could be by using a frying pan in a way, prepare a clean skillet, then heat with small heat, put cooking oil about 5 ml. Add 50 ml of sweet soy sauce, 20 ml water, sliced lime and half a teaspoon of salt. Stir well. Enter the chicken breast  that has been cooked earlier. Stir slowly so the chicken is not crushed. Close the skillet. Let, until the soy sauce seep into the meat and dry.
