2.The ingredients used in cooking  Chicken Rendang
  1. 1 kg of fresh Chicken.
  2. 200 grams red chili
  3. 50 grams red cayenne pepper
  4. 3 centimeters Turmeric, clean the exterior
  5. 3 centimeters Ginger, clean the exterior
  6. 4 centimeters galangal, clean the exterior.
  7. 10 pieces red Onions
  8. 10 cloves of garlic
  9. 2 pieces of turmeric leaves
  10. 5 lime leaves
  11. 2 stem of lemongrass.
  12. 1 seed of the nutmeg, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 coconut, take the coconut milk
  13. The salt according to taste
  14. Sufficient water
3. Step to make Chicken Rendang:
  1. Clean the Chicken.
  2. Blend the red pepper, red cayenne pepper, turmeric, ginger, galangal, red onion, garlic, nutmeg, pepper, and coriander.
  3. Prepare the skillet. Put the coconut milk into it.
  4. Add also the spices that have been mashed earlier. Stir well.
  5. Add the lime leaves, turmeric leaves that have been washed, lemongrass that has been cleaned and washed, and salt to taste.
  6. Heat over low heat. Stir gently. Wait until the coconut thickens. Enter the chicken one by one.
  7. Stirring until the color is brownish. A delicious, healthy and nutritious Chicken Rendang is ready to serve.
4. How to serve Chicken Rendang:

Serve Chicken Rendang on a clean dry plate. Complete with rice and vegetables
