2. The ingredients used in cooking  Dendeng  Balado ( Spicy beef jerky) 
  • 1 kg of fresh beef.
  • 150 grams of red chili.
  • 50 grams red cayenne pepper.
  • 4 cm Turmeric.
  • 10 pieces of red onion.
  • 2 pieces of Lime or 3 large Tomatoes.
  • Cooking oil to taste.
  • 300 grams of potatoes ( if likes ).
  • The salt according to taste
3.  Step to make Dendeng Balado ( Spicy beef jerky ) :
  1. Clean the beef, cut into thin slices.
  2. Clean Potatoes, cut to taste.
  3. Blend Turmeric and Salt. Mix with beef that has been cleaned earlier. Allow for 15 minutes for the seasoning to soak in the beef.
  4. Boil red Chili, red cayenne pepper, and Tomato.
  5. After the red chili, red cayenne pepper and tomato boiled, then mashed.
  6. Add red onion and Salt. Puree again.
  7. Fried Potatoes until cooked.
  8. Fried beef until dry that have been flavored it all.
  9. Prepare the skillet. Enter the cooking oil then heat.
